Surface Skimming

It is best to remove debris while it is still floating rather than when settled on the bottom of your pool. Use a telescopic pole and a leaf rake which has a deep bag and a well designed scraping edge so if needed you can also stretch the rake across the pool, pull it down to the floor and drag it towards yourself across the floor catching debris.

The best method for skimming is to firstly brush your pool waterline as this acts as a magnet for small debris, followed immediately by using your leaf rake to skim the surface.
