Welcome to Poolside Gawler

History

Established in 1979, Ray Pfeiffer and his wife Judy started Central Pool Service providing mobile swimming pool maintenance while selling chemicals and accessories from their home in Gawler.
In desperate need of more space for the growing business they opened a retail premises, Gawler Pool and Spa Supplies in 1994. 
As Gawler and it’s surrounding districts grew, so did the need for a larger premises.
The year 2004 saw relocation to a new premises and a change of name to Poolside Gawler. Increased shop space and storage as well as a convenient location have seen constant growth ever since.

Family

Poolside Gawler is family owned and operated. Owners Ray & Judy Pfeiffer have since been joined by sons Tyson in 1997 and Jade in 1999.

• A member of the Swimming Pool and Spa Association (SPASA) since 1979.
  
• BioGuard Authorised Dealer since 1995.
  
• BioGuard Poolside store since 2004.
  
• Authorised service agent for Davey, Pentair Water, AstralPool, and Waterco.

Skills and experience

Annual product training provided by BioGuard, and practical workshops for servicing pumps, salt chlorinators and other equipment provided by various manufacturers.
